The result of this  orange cake  is most surprising, because I did not expect it to be aesthetically like that. We do not even talk about taste ... it's impressive. The mixture of orange with condensed milk gives a great softness and as they counteract, it is not cloying. Then there is the presence that you have, that will leave all your guests speechless, you only have to see the pictures to realize it, because I am sure that you have already left them in the same way.
Ingredients:
  • 500 ml. of orange juice
  • 500 ml. of liquid cream (cream of milk)
  • 370 gr. of condensed milk (1 pot)
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 11 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • Caramel

Step 1
We will start making the candy. Put 6 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan with 60 ml. of orange juice. Now we give it heat and stir until a toasted liquid is left.

Step 2
When we have done it, we dump it in the mold and spread it all over the bottom.

Step 3
We hydrated the gelatin by putting it in a deep dish with a little water.

Step 4
Now we put the cream, condensed milk, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until everything is integrated.

Step 5
When it starts to boil, lower the heat until it stops and add the gelatin. Then stir until well mixed with the rest of the liquid.

Step 6
We continue pouring the mixture into the mold. Now we can only wait for it to set, which will take several hours.

Step 7
Once the orange cake has set, we just have to unmold it and enjoy each spoonful. So far the recipe for today's friends, tomorrow we will have a new one in Family Kitchen .
