One soldier, identified as Patricia Ajie on Tuesday, subjected a driver and driver to extreme humanitarian treatment for scratching the rearview mirror of their car under the Dopemu Bridge in Lagos.
According to the reports, after paying them for the damage, Ajie asked them to clean their boots before being told to lie down in the muddy water and force them to drink.
The officer was also accused of molesting those who tried to record the incident.
