Step 1
Before starting to explain the recipe, I tell you that I made the cake in a pan with removable handle. Having said that, we put the pan on the fire with 30 g of butter and 100 g of sugar.

Step 2
While it is melting, we peel, we discourage and cut the apples into segments. When the sugar and butter have melted and caramelized, we will put the apple and cook it there until it has softened.

Let the apple be made slowly and in that time, we will prepare the sponge cake.
