The contests to assemble cubes Rubik will no longer be something exclusively for humans, since now there are robots specially designed to solve these puzzles at the fastest possible speed and align the six faces in the shortest time.
The engineers Jarde DiCaprio and Ben Katz managed to get their robot to solve the cube in only 38 hundredths of a second , with movements so fast that they are only visible to the human eye thanks to the super slow motion.
The software developed by the engineering duo allows the robot to detect colors, solve the puzzle and perform movements in less than half a second.
With this new program they halved the robotic record , which was 0.66 seconds.
Among humans , the record is still held by the young Korean SeungBeom Cho, who managed to solve the Rubik cube in 4.59 seconds.

New world record: Robot solved a Rubik's cube in 0.38 seconds
